01Play without an account
Coinery is an offline coin-stacking and merging game. This policy explains how the game handles saved progress and what happens if you contact us or visit this policy page.
The game does not send your gameplay data to us. It does not require registration, and it includes no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
02What stays on your device
Coinery saves information in the app’s local storage so your progress is available the next time you play. This includes:
- High scores, completed runs, merge totals, highest coin tier, best chains, and Cascade usage.
- Experience, level, selected coin skin, achievements, and daily mission progress.
- Daily Challenge results, relevant calendar dates, and play streaks.
- Your haptics preference and any saved tutorial progress.
This information supports game features. We do not receive it or operate a server that stores it. Device backups, if enabled, may include app data under your Apple device and backup settings.
04You control your progress
To erase the game’s saved progress and preferences, open Settings → Reset all progress and confirm. This clears scores, levels, skins, achievements, and other locally saved game records. This action cannot be undone within the game.
You can also delete the app to remove its current local data. Manage any existing device backups separately in your Apple settings. Because we do not hold a copy of your game progress, we cannot restore it for you.
05If you email us
If you contact nhcany@163.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as a problem description or screenshot. We use that information to respond and resolve your request, and retain correspondence only as needed for that purpose.
Email is handled through email service providers. Please avoid including sensitive personal information. You may use the same address to request deletion of your support correspondence; we will handle requests subject to any applicable retention obligations.
06Children’s privacy
The game does not request personal information from children or require an account. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us in a support email, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
07About this page
This page contains no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, cookies, or contact forms. Its artwork is embedded in the page, without third-party font or image requests.
When this page is hosted online, the hosting provider may process standard connection information, such as an IP address, browser details, and request time, to deliver and secure the website. This is separate from offline gameplay. Selecting an email link opens your chosen email app.
08Policy updates
We may update this policy when the game or its data handling changes. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
